1. The applicant has filed this second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with crime no. 405/2019, registered at Police Station Janjgir, Distt. Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 498-A & Section 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. First bail of the applicant was dismissed vide order dated 17.01.2020 passed in MCRCA no. 1726/2019.

3. Heard on admission.

4. Perused the order dated 17.01.2020 passed in MCRCA No. 1726/2019, the first anticipatory bail application of the applicant was dismissed only on the submission made by the Counsel for the applicant and as prayed by him liberty was also granted in favour of the applicant that in the event of filing of bail application under

Section 439 of Cr.P.C. before the Trial Court, the Trial Court was directed to decide the said application in accordance with law preferably on the same date of its filing.

5. In the instant second bail application, I do not find any new ground to entertain the instant application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed on admission stage itself.
