After some arguments, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that keeping in mind the aspect of public finances and that in the entire process, ultimately only one bidder has been found successful, it proposes to represent before the Respondents.

Our reluctance to entertain this writ petition does not prevent the Respondents from considering any such representation in their wisdom and

subject to their satisfaction. Needless to state that there is always a sense of urgency in commercial matters.

Nothing in this order can be deemed or construed as any opinion or observation on merits of the matter.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
