Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach before the Superintendent of Police under Section 154(3) of the CrPC or to make an application to the Magistrate under Section 156 (3) of the CrPC or to file complaint under Section 200 of the CrPC in accordance with law. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.
