13/04/2016 1.
The present application has been filed to review the order dated 9.3.2016 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 542 of 2016. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that on the date when the writ petition was disposed, the Petitioners were not aware of an order dated 8.3.2016 having been issued by the South Eastern Coalfields Limited.
3.
It is necessary for the Petitioners in protection of their interests to challenge the order dated 8.3.2016 in a substantive writ petition. 4.
Leave is therefore sought to withdraw the review application for filing a substantive writ petition challenging the order dated 8.3.2016. 5.
Since the writ petition was disposed on 9.3.2016, it can safely and reasonably be inferred that the Petitioners were not aware of the order dated 8.3.2016. The review application is therefore disposed with liberty to challenge the order dated 8.3.2016 in a substantive writ petition.
6.
The review application stands disposed.
