This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent authorities to initiate disciplinary action against the Principal, Girls Middle School, Sakti.

Petitioner is father of a girl student of Middle School at Sakti. The document on record shows that certain complaints have been made against the Principal and the matter has been referred to the State Government. The State Government has to take appropriate administrative decision in the matter.

The State Government shall take cognizance of the complaint and take decision as may appropriate it in the best interest of administration and public interest as early as possible.
