Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/06/2016 Heard on I.A.No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing MCC. Taking into consideration the short period of delay and explanation offered, delay is condoned.

Also heard on prayer for restoration.

Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the counsel when the case was called on for hearing.

Accordingly, MCC is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
