Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners would submit that petitioner No. 2 has made an application before respondent No. 2 for grant of compassionate appointment which is pending consideration since long and has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for grant of compassionate appointment expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the
date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make additional representation before the respondent authorities, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
