Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 31/03/2016 This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though this Court earlier rejected application for grant of anticipatory bail, anticipatory bail of another coaccused C.P.Singhroul has been allowed vide order dated 22/07/15 in McrC(A) No.586/15 as also of Smt. Heeramani Xalxo in McrC(A) No.1276/2015 vide order dated 21/01/2016 and some other co-accused have been granted regular bail.

The application of the present applicant was considered by this Court and after perusal of the case diary and considering the material on record, this Court found that the applicant's case is not fit for anticipatory bail. Therefore, on the ground that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the applicant. 3.

The bail application is therefore rejected. The liberty granted earlier shall continue.
