This writ application is pending since 2008. The Court is not inclined to adjourn it further especially in view of the order-sheets dated 23.7.2015 and 27.8.2015.

Respondent No.1 questioned her removal before the Labour Court which allowed the same on 29.3.2007 holding that she had been removed contrary to law without framing charges and without holding any departmental inquiry.

In appeal by the Petitioner, the Industrial Court confirmed the finding of fact.

In view of the concurrent finding of two Courts that no charges had been framed and no departmental inquiry held before removal, the impugned orders call for no interference.

The writ application is dismissed.
