1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred by order dated 14.02.2020 from Pashu Janch Chowki Bortalaab Rajnandgaon to Veterinary Hospital Maanpur, District Rajnandgaon.

3. It is contended that the petitioner has already worked in the Scheduled area and again he has been transferred to another Scheduled area i.e. Maanpur. He further submits that he is ready to join the post i.e. at Maanpur, however, he prays that he may be given liberty to make a representation to transfer him to some other non- scheduled area.

4. Considering the submission made by the petitioner that the petitioner is already willing to join to the new place of posting i.e. at Maanpur. Under the circumstances the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to

Respondent No. 1 within a period of 4 weeks from today. If such representation is filed the same shall be decided within a further period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
