Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 31/03/2016 (1) Heard.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been posted at Government Middle School Gadakata vide order dated 29.07.2015 and within eight months she has now again transferred to Government Middle School Bataikela, Kansabel vide impugned transfer order dated 08.03.2016 passed by respondent No.3-District Education Officer, Jashpur, against which, she may be permitted to file

representation before respondent No.2-Collector, Jashpur for redressal of her grievances within fifteen days from today. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to file representation before respondent No.2-Collector, Jashpur. If such representation is made by the petitioner within 15 days from today, respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner.

(5) Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to the subject matter. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
