1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed on contract basis with the office of respondent No.4, Junior Engineer Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited at Kusmi. It is stated that during such continuation of the contractual period the petitioner was arrested in a false case under Section 376 of IPC wherein he was enlarged on bail on 20/08/2019. It is contended that though the contract period of the petitioner was subsisting till July, 2020 then even after release of the petitioner on bail he is not been given the joining, therefore under the

circumstances he has filed an application dated 7/09/2019 Annexure P-4 to the respondent No.3, Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited, Balrampur. He submits that under the facts as of now the said application may be directed to be decided.

2. Considering the prayer made, without any observation on the merits of the case, at this stage since application dated 7/09/2019 Annexure P-4 has already been filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.3, Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited, Balrampur, same is directed to be decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order.
