Heard on the application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. This is first bail application before this Court by the applicant for regular bail. The applicant has been arrested on 09-10-2017 in connection with Crime No.66/2014 registered at P.S. Gole Bazar, District Raipur, C.G. for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant is in jail since 09-102017. A number of co-accused persons in this case have been already granted bail regular and anticipatory by this Court as well as coordinate Bench of this Court and as the applicant has similar case, he is also entitled for grant of regular bail. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may be granted regular bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 5.

The case against the applicant is this, that he applied for the post of Lecturer to the Jila Panchayat Raipur by submitting credentials and got appointment as Lecturer in Government High School Jangda in District Bemetara. Later on, when the documents were verified, the mark sheet of M.A. was found to be forged. Thereafter, the applicant resigned from the post on receiving the notice and the case has been registered against him and a number of other persons.

As similarly placed co-accused persons have been granted bail and the case of the applicant cannot be singled out for bail, hence for this reason, this application is also deserves to be allowed. 8.

Consequently, the application (MCRC No.6865/2017) filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. by the applicant is hereby allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, for his appearance as and when directed.
