After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the defects pointed out by the registry is overruled.

Petitioner has been granted regular stage carriage permit for inter regional route Ambikapur to Bilaspur via Lakhanpur, Udaipur, Morga Katghora, Ratanpur and one trip return

2 WPC No. 831 of 2019 back. However, the RTA, Raipur has not counter signed the permit despite the application filed by the petitioner on 28.12.2018 vide Annexure-P-2.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application for counter signature, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
