1. Learned State counsel would submit that information has been received that the proceeding of hearing of confiscation case is over and the case is fixed for final order. The State counsel placed on record the communication made in this behalf.

2. In view of the submission made that hearing of the confiscation proceeding is over and the case is fixed for orders, I do not want to rush into the matter considering the fact that the case is already fixed for orders after hearing before the Court below.

3. The petitioner if advised shall be at liberty to take further legal

course if any order is passed in respect of the confiscation of the vehicle of if is aggrieved.
