1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.110/2015, registered at Police Station Pathariya, Distt. Mungeli for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
2. Taking into consideration, nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, recovery of 10 Kgs. of Ganja and the provisions contained in Section 37(1)(b) of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Consequently, the application is rejected.
