1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's land has been taken with consent by issuing notice Annexure P-3 dated 26-4-2017 proposing payment of compensation to be 5,00,094/- ₹ and he has already given his consent on 12-5-2017 and for almost ten months neither sale deed is being executed nor compensation is being paid.
2. Learned State counsel, on advance copy, would submit that necessary steps will be taken by 15-4-2018.
