Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/12/2017 Heard.

1. Block Education Officer, Akaltara is present in the Court.

2. During the course of argument, it transpired that voucher in respect of part final withdrawal of Rs.75,000/- has not been supplied from the office of

-2Treasury Officer, Janjgir-Champa and for want of that document, the GPF case of the petitioner has not been finalized. Office of Accountant General has again issued a memo on 11.12.2017 to Block Education Officer, Akaltara for making available necessary document.

3. The Block Education Officer, Akaltara, who is present in the Court, states that he has already sent a memo to the Treasury office for providing the voucher so that it can be forwarded to the office of Accountant General. He would also submit that the petitioner has submitted affidavit also.

4. Respondent No.5 shall ensure that the necessary voucher be issued from the office of Treasury Janjgir-Champa to Block Education Officer, Akaltara for onwards transmission to the office of Accountant General within a period of 30 days. Upon receipt of the same, within next 30 days, the office of Accountant General shall do well to finalize the GPF case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders for payment of GPF.

5. Presence of the officer is exempted.
