This petition has been brought challenging the order dated 04-02-2020 by which the order has been passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh in Misc. Criminal Case No.900/2019 for payment of interim maintenance by the applicant to respondent No.1 2.

After arguing for some time learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition and prays for direction to the concerned Court for speedy disposal of the proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. pending before the learned Family Court. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off and learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding and dispose off the case concerned preferably within a period of six months from the date this order is communicated.
