Heard on I.A. No. 01 which is Application for Condonation of delay.
On due consideration and being satsified with the reasons stated in the Application for condonation of delay, the same is allowed and the delay of 32 days in filing the MCC is condoned. Also heard on application for restoration of M.A. No. 35 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 12.12.2018.
On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the
restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 12.12.2018 passed in M.A. No. 35 of 2017 is recalled. Consequently, M.A. No. 35 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number.
Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
