Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner has been suspended by order dated 24.08.2007 passed by Nayab Tahsildar, Saja but till date no final decision has been taken on that. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Nayab Tahsildar is directed to take decision with regard to petitioner's suspension expeditiously preferably within a period of

45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
