The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.72/2013 registered at Police Station - Kapu, District - Raigarh (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Section 363, 366, 370, 371, 374, 34 of IPC. 2.

Case of the prosecution is that the applicant, on allurement of money and job, took away the victim, a minor, to Delhi where she was made to work. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in so far as present applicant is concerned, he has not committed any offence and he has not taken anyone to Delhi. It is submitted that those who had taken the prosecutrix to Delhi on the allurement of getting her employed have been granted bail by this Court in MCrC No.2653/2015 and MCrC No.1857/2015. It is further submitted that the applicant is not likely to abscond or misuse his liberty. 4.

On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes bail application and submits that looking to the nature of allegations that the applicant has induced the prosecutrix to go along with him and proceed to Delhi to work on exploitative

conditions.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the parties, statement of the prosecutrix and also taking into consideration the role alleged to be played by the applicant and the other two accused who are alleged to be involved in arrangement of job to the prosecutrix have been granted bail, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- along with one local surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. He shall appear before the Trial Court regularly on each and every date, unless exempted from appearance.

In case, the applicant is further involved in such case, the prosecution would be at liberty to apply for cancellation of bail. Certified copy as per rules.
