Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that though petitioner appeared for the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) but his name has not appeared in the final selection list published on 20.11.2017 and no further proceeding has taken place, against which he has made representation before the competent authority but it has not been considered and decided till date.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents would submit that petitioner's name has not been included in the final selection list.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Baikunthpur is directed to take final decision on the petitioner's

representation after hearing the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
