1. Heard on prayer for correction of typographical mistake in order dated 11.12.2018 passed in CRA No.1004 of 2013.

2. In the first paragraph of the order dated 11.12.2018, the conviction and sentence imposed upon the appellant/petitioner under Section 302 IPC is described as below:- "

Section 302 IPC Rigorous Imprisonment for one year and fine of Rs.500/- in default of payment of fine, the appellant has to undergo additional Rigorous Imprisonment for six months "

3. In the said description, words "Rigorous Imprisonment for one year" shall be read as "Imprisonment for life".

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.

5. A copy of this order shall be placed in the records of CRA No.1004 of 2013 and shall be supplied with the original order dated 11.12.2018 passed in CRA No.1004 of 2013.
