Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that vide order dated 14-8-2014 the applicant was directed to surrender himself before the concerned Magistrate on 208-2014 against which SLA (Crl.) No.7324/2014 was filed and now this SLA has been dismissed as withdrawn on 97-2015, therefore, a date may be given to the applicant to surrender himself before the concerned Magistrate. Let the applicant surrender himself before the learned Magistrate on or before 20-8-2015.
