1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the non granting of Senior Grade pay-scale and also Superior Grade pay-scale of the petitioner on completion of the stipulated length of service under the respondents.
2. According to the petitioner, similar benefits have been extended to persons much junior to the petitioner in the department. However, for no reason and no fault on the part of the petitioner, the same has not been extended to the petitioner since 2014 onwards. The petitioner has made repeated representations to the authorities concerned but all the representations have gone unanswered.
3. Given the said submission of the petitioner and also considering the nature of dispute that the petitioner has raised, the writ petition at
-2this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to take a decision so far as the claim of the petitioner for grant of senior grade pay-scale and superior grade pay-scale from the time his immediate junior has been granted subject to the petitioner fulfilling all the requisite eligibility criteria for the same. Let an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days. Meanwhile, in addition to the representation that he has made, would also be at liberty make a fresh representation in this regard.
