1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's land has already been demarcated by the revenue inspector and report has been submitted to the Naib Tahsildar, Pithora, but yet, the demarcation report has not been taken care of by the Naib Tahsildar and the order of demolition has been passed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the petition.
3. Be that as it may, the Nagar Panchayat is directed to consider the demarcation report conducted by the revenue authorities and after hearing the petitioner, pass a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the mean while, interim order granted on 9-2-2009 shall remain operative.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
