After going through the material pleadings of the parties, document on record as also case diary papers, it is found that on the basis of statement of one Ghasiram, offence under Section 304-A of IPC have been registered against Dubraj Gond and Others. Matter is under investigation. Under the orders of this Court, the body was examined and postmortem has again been conducted. Bloodstained clothes and other material collected from the spot have already been forwarded for Forensic examination and report.

In view of aforesaid developments in the investigation, I am not inclined to monitor the case any further at this stage. The police authority shall hold investigation in just and fair manner.

In the result, the petition is finally disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive, in case, eventuality so arises. Sd/- Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Judge Tumane
