Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is to be selected on the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) but he has been denied the appointment on the ground that he has lesser eligibility criteria and the Post Graduation degree obtained by him is not duly recognized. He would further submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation before respondent No.2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make a representation before the respondent No.2. If such representation is made, the respondent No. 2 shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation,

if any. The petitioner may also submit a representation convincing the authorities that the degree obtained by him for selection is duly recognized. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
