Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is to be selected on the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) but she has been denied the appointment on the ground that she has lesser eligibility criteria and the Post Graduation degree obtained by her is not duly recognized for which she has also made representation before the respondent No.2 which is pending consideration since then and the respondent No. 2 is not granting appointment to the petitioner on the said post. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with additional representation, if any.

The petitioner may also submit a representation convincing the authorities that the degree obtained by her for selection is duly recognized. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
