1. This is an application for restoration of TAXC No. 54 of 2017 which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 10.01.2018.

2. On complying the order passed on 10.01.2018 within a period of one week from today, TAXC No. 54 of 2017 is restored for the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 1000/- to the High Court Bar Association within a period of one week.
