1. It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier order of appointment issued in favour of private respondents 3& 4 has lived its life, however, the appointment has been renewed for further terms, therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to challenge both the orders in a fresh writ petition.
