Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 12/03/2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is pertaining to the selection of Rojgar Sahayak in village Sonbandha, Block Takhatpur, District Bilaspur (CG).

Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that there were lot of discrepancies found in the application form as well as the credentials which the respondent no.5 has filed claiming for appointment on the post of Rojgar

Sahayak. He submits that respondent no.5 seems to have in collusion with the respondents been able to manage her selection done for the said post. He submits that the petitioner has made objections in this regard but till date the respondents have not considered her any of the objections. 3.

In the opinion of this Court, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 & 3 to look into the objections raised by the petitioner and thereafter to take a suitable step. It is expected that the concerned respondents shall take a prompt decision on the objections raised by the petitioner in accordance with rules and law governing the field. Sd/- (P.
