Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he will be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that writ petition itself be considered as representation by the Respondents. 2.

The request is reasonable. The writ petition itself is directed to be considered as representation by the Respondents. In case the petitioner wants to file any additional material before the respondents, he may do so by 28th February, 2017. Respondent No.3 shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner latest by 31st March, 2017. Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the respondent No.3, he can approach this Court again. 3.
