This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 502/2015, registered at Police Station-Jutmil Chowki, Distt. Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 20B of the NDPS Act. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 3.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
