The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.219/2017 registered at Police Station - Amanaka, Raipur (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Section 392, 419 IPC.

Case of the prosecution is that the applicants looted mobiles from the complainant.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the allegations are exaggerated, no such incident has happened and there was a simple quarrel with the colleagues. It is submitted that looking to the circumstances of the case and that investigation is complete, charge sheet has been filed and they have not criminal antecedent, they may be granted bail.

On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes bail application and submits that the manner in which the applicants looted mobiles, prima facie case is made out. 5.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, articles alleged to be looted, investigation is complete, charge sheet has been filed, the applicants are not likely to abscond or tamper with the prosecution witnesses, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicants.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that the applicants shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- along with one local surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. They shall appear before the Trial Court regularly on each and every date, unless exempted from appearance.
