1) The appellant has preferred this appeal under Section 14 (A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as the appellant was arrested on 24.11.2020 in connection with Crime No. 526/2020 for offence under Section 452, 376, 506 of IPC and Section 3

(2) (v) of SC/ST Act registered at Police Station- Dharsiva, District- Raipur (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks to withdraw this Criminal Appeal with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Prosecutrix is present in person alongwith her father and she raised objection to grant of bail to the appellant.

5) Permission granted.

6) Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
