1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the abrupt stopping of widow pension which the petitioner was receiving for many years.

2. According to the petitioner, her husband died in the year 1993 and thereafter she was found eligible for pension under "Vidhwa Pension Yojna" which was being paid to her continuously when abruptly the same was stopped from 03.11.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner has repeatedly made representations and reminders to the authorities but till date no decision has been taken by the authority concerned.

3. Given the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents 5 to 8 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to approach the respondents 5 to 8 by making a fresh representation establishing her eligibility and claim.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
