After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and considering the fact that nine witnesses have already been examined and evidence available in the case diary, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
