1. Present petition has been filed assailing the revenue recovery proceedings initiated by the respondents against an award, which was passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Labour Court, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh vide Case No. 35/82/W.C./F.

2. Today when the matter is called, the counsel appearing for the Claimants submits that the petitioner herein has already deposited the amount awarded by the Labour Court to the tune of Rs.23,823/- as compliance of the order passed by the Labour Court and the said amount has also been disbursed to the Claimants vide order dated 16.10.2014 in Execution Case No. 12/W.C.A/MCC/06.

3. In view of the fact that the award has already been honoured and the amount has also been released to the Claimants, this Court does not intent to further proceed with the writ petition any further and disposes of the writ petition having become infructuous. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
