Learned counsel for the State would submit that against the order of suspension, appeal would lie before the Chief Conservator of Forest, Khairagarh Circle, District Rajnandgaon. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he

may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Chief Conservator of Forest, Khairagarh Circle, District Rajnandgaon. 3.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

If the petitioner prefers an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of 15 days from today, the appellate authority do well to decide the appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of presentation of appeal.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off.
