(1) The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 123/2014 registered at Police Station Ramanujganj, District Balrampur, Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act.
(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case; and the manner in which applicant & other co-accused persons robbed complainant Dinesh Ekka on 10.07.2014 at gun point and the evidence available in the case diary; I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
