Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/12/2017 This third bail application has been moved on the submission that the prosecutrix has been examined and till date, trial has not been concluded and the applicant is in jail since 17/06/2016. Therefore, at this stage, the applicant may be granted bail.

Learned State counsel submits that looking to the nature and gravity of allegations of having committed rape on a minor, at this stage, the applicant may not be granted bail.

Taking into consideration submission of learned counsel for the parties ad nature and gravity of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is therefore rejected.
