(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School, Navatoli, Block Kunkuri to Government Primary
School, Pakritoli, Block Bagicha by the impugned transfer order dated 08.03.2016 (Annexure P/1) passed by District Education Officer, Jashpur and therefore, she may be permitted to file representation before respondent No.3-District Education Officer, Jashpur for redressal of her grievances within a week from today. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to file representation before respondent No.3-District Education Officer, Jashpur. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a week from today, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
