Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that suspension order has been revoked but he has not given charge on the said post. Against which, he has made representation before the State Government, which has not been considered and

decided till date, therefore, the State Government be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority may decide the representation on its own merits.
