The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, on an affidavit of the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa, submits that the grievance of the Petitioner since has been redressed and the Petitioner has been granted compassionate appointment in the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat).
