Learned counsel for the State would submit that against the order of suspension, appeal would lie before the Director, Public Instructions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Director, Public Instructions.

If the petitioner prefers an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of 30 days from today, the appellate authority do well to decide the appeal within a period of three months from the date of presentation of appeal. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off.
