Order On Board 23/02/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint to the Collector, Surajpur for redressal of his grievances, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Surajpur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period for six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.
