By this petition, the petitioner has assailed correctness and validity of suspension order dated 25.10.2017.

Though number of grounds have been urged to submit that the suspension order is bad in law, in the absence of there being any ground of absence of jurisdiction or malafide of the authority, who has passed the order, I am not inclined to interfere with the order as the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious statutory remedy of filing of appeal under Rule 23 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1966. 3.
