The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 31.8.2017 in connection with Crime No.373/2017 registered at Police Station- Pulgaon, District- Durg, for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 450 of IPC and Section 5 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application, with a liberty to revive the same after the Prosecutrix is examined before the Court below. 3.
